[APEXCORE-115] Use containers set temp location

Description

Currently temp location is being set using "." + File.separator + "tmp". This was because earlier temp location for Application master was not set which is now fixed as APEXCORE-113. Use FileUtils.getTempDirectoryPath() to get the temp locaiton
