Split out command line tools into a separate module

    Description

      Command line runnable tools are very useful to have a fast grab on the whole project. Since the binaries are somehow hidden i.e. one must build it all and look for them in ./core/target/appassembler/bin , it would be nice to have a separate package giving fast access to them.
