Andy's feedback on the 0.9.0 RC was as follows

Minor notes:

POM says "PPMC"

DOAP.java says:

http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE_2.0

which cause RAT to not spot the license.

FOAF.java says:
"Fried Of A Friend"
!!

These need to be addressed ASAP.
