Description

Ant's style/xslt task supports the use of nested <xmlcatalog> elements to
perform Entity and URI resolution. The <anakia> task doesn't, so I get
UnknownHostException errors when processing files unless I dial up to the
internet first. It would be nice if anakia also supported xmlcatalogs, so I
could point it at a local copy of the files' DTD instead.
