Minor Description
Add support for dispatching messages to the MessageConsumer based on the message priority values. This supplements the addition of message priority processing added in AMQ v5.4. Prefetched messages need to be processed based on priority so add a new MessageDispatchChannel that can dequeue based on priority, also keep the old Fifo version and allow the Connection to be configured as to whether priority processing should be enabled (default is enabled).
