Description

Urgent:

• [FIXED] News link is broken (shows a index with news-feed.html)
• [FIXED] Grey bars not spanning full width of front page
• [NOT A PROBLEM] Gray vertical bars in news feed not showing up (jbertram reported)
• [NOT A PROBLEM] Fix downloads pages to be 1 per component
• [NOT A PROBLEM] Download page renders current releases for active streams
• [NOT A PROBLEM] Previous releases page renders all releases chronologically

Next:

• Release as 'data' files
• Remove page-per-release
• Add redirects for 'old' release pages
• Update Committers Guide for performing a release
