[AMQ-7095] service wrapper does not support ppc platform

Description

Documentation lists as prerequisites:
Unix: Ubuntu Linux, Powerdog Linux, MacOS, AIX, HP-UX, Solaris, or any Unix platform that supports Java.

But the service wrapper has only x86-architecture wrapper binaries, the ppc binaries are missing.

Also the binaries for HP_UX(parisc), AIX(ppc) and Solaris(sparc) are missing.

Newer Tanuki-wrapper supports also in the community version these platforms (see https://wrapper.tanukisoftware.com/doc/german/download.jsp).
