Description

publish to topic "MQTTClient/+-[MQTTClientPublishTests" is accepted
publish to topic "MQTTClient/#-[MQTTClientPublishTests" is accepted

MQTT spec says:
[MQTT-3.3.2-2]
The Topic Name in the PUBLISH Packet MUST NOT contain wildcard characters.
