[AMQ-5685] Purge does not work when simple authorisation plugin is used

Description

When clicking purge from the web console the page refreshes without purging the queue. It appears that the Destinations are checked to be an instanceof Queue before trying the purge call, however the authorisation plugin wraps destinations with destinationfilters and so no purge can happen.
