Description

Currently, the broker interprets a Source TerminusDurability of 'UnsettledState' to indicate use of a DurableSubscription when creating an AMQP consumer against a Topic.

This patch similarly enables use of the 'Configuration' TerminusDurability to signal a DurableSubscription when creating an AMQP consumer against a Topic.
