[AMQ-4900] With AMQP transport, Delivery Annotations are stored with the message

Description

If a message that has Delivery Annotations is transferred to a queue in the broker, the content of the annotations is stored and appended to the message when sent to a consumer.

I'm not 100% certain, but I believe that annotations should not be stored with the message in a queue.
