Description

When messages expire from a topic, the destination statistics are updated to reflect the expire, but it also decrements the enqueue counters which proves to be a little confusing. Once a message has been "enqueued", the destination should always reflect that a message was "enqueued" even if it eventually becomes expired. From this mailing list message:
