Description

When sizing the memory limits of the broker, it would be nice to be able to prescribe that some precent of the jvm heap is always available. Such that jvm options -Xmx can be sensibly used to increase the message memory usage capacity of a broker

Support for a '%' appendage to the existing limit or a new attribute percentOfJvmHeap, something like that.
