Minor Description
A message consumer that has a Zero prefetch is informed that its pull request has timed out via a Null Message response from the broker. Currently this response is causing the subscription enqueue counter to be incremented with each timed out pull request leading to confusing statistics on the subscription. We should filter out the control message from increments of the enqueue counter.
