Exception on setting "sendFailIfNoSpaceAfterTimeout"

    Description

      I added the follwing configuration to my broker:

      <systemUsage>
      <systemUsage sendFailIfNoSpaceAfterTimeout="3000">
      <memoryUsage>
      <memoryUsage limit="20 mb"/>
      </memoryUsage>
      </systemUsage>
      </systemUsage>

      I get the following exceptions:
      (after removing sendFailIfNoSpaceAfterTimeout the broker start properly)

      1. /etc/init.d/activemq fgstart
