[AMQ-1851] JCONSOLE: Graph Feature doesn't work for QueueSize, Dequeuecount, etc.

Description

If you:

(1) open JConsole
(2) look at any topic (under org.apache.activemq/[instance-name]/Topic) that is receiving messages (may need a to simulate a producer)
(3) In the "Attributes" pane double-click on the value for DequeueCount, EnqueueCount or any other field that is changing – it should bring up a graph.

When that happens the graph never refreshes so real-time monitoring of messages is not possible.
