[AMQ-167] release build seems broken - doesn't include user guide HTML or examples

If I'm in activemq/modules/assembly and type

maven dist:prepare-bin-filesystem

then I get stuff in the binary distro such as userGuide.html and an example directory containing a bunch of examples with an Ant build for folks to run stuff.

For some reason the last 3 releases don't have this stuff included despite this stuff being in CVS for some time.

(The idea is to provide a few easy to run examples in the binary distro that folks can play with, with pure Ant and not needing Maven etc).

I wondered if you had any idea why it doesn't work when we do a release?
