Description

When visiting Ambari's dashboard, there are 3 mini charts which show quick status of HDFS, MapReduce & HBase services. For HDFS it is the Capacity free/used, for MapReduce it is time-series data about jobs running, and for HBase is the request counts.

Also need to expose metrics to render Dashboard and Service Summaries.

HDFS service's API needs to output the service's capacity (used/remaining/total) and Block status - PendingReplicationBlocks, UnderReplicatedBlocks, as these will be needed to show graphs in the UI.
