[AMBARI-9713] default value for Hadoop Authentication filter is 10 hours not causing session to be invalidated in Storm UI

Description

This is related to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/STORM-678
Change which is suggested in the JIRA requires token.validity to be set to lower value, this is not possible via Ambari Storm UI config. It requires changes to jinja script located in /var/lib/ambari-server/resources/stacks/HDP/2.1/services/STORM/package/templates/storm.yaml.j2.

This happens when we install HDP2.2 with STORM only cluster.
