[AMBARI-6326] Clicking on a single component link goes to Hosts page rather than directly to Host Details page

Description

STR:
From Dashboard widgets or service summary pages, click on a single-component link (e.g, NameNode).
It instead of going to the Host Details page for the host, it loads Hosts page without any filter applied.

Reason:
On Service page/Dashboard, when we load hosts, we only target the 'filtered hosts', but actually we should load all hosts.

For example, I have 115 hosts in total, and 50 displayed on Hosts Page, the one with NN is not one of the 50 displayed.
Then go to Services > HDFS > click on 'NameNode' link, then this issue happened, because we only loaded the 50 filtered hosts, if NN or SNN links are not among the 50 hosts, then the links are empty.
