Description

Deploy Ambari 1.4.1 with Oracle as DB and 2.0.6 stack
Upgrade Ambari to 1.6.1 and HDP to 2.1.3
Add host
Reconfigure services

Ganglia Monitor on added host goes to stopped state almost at once after starting it
