Was doing upgrade according to doc: <http://dev.hortonworks.com.s3.amazonaws.c

ambari-server upgradestack HDP-2.1
Using python /usr/bin/python2.6
Upgrading stack of ambari-server
Pseudo-terminal will not be allocated because stdin is not a terminal.
