[AMBARI-6144] Views: create a main landing page

Description

Currently, when clicking on Views icon from the top nav, it shows a blank page.

Instead, we should show a list of available apps and icon/name/version/description for each.

The list of Views should respect the <visible> property. If visible set to false, do not include in the list.
