Description

The asynchronous response from a cluster create call via a blueprint contains that wrong href.

Expected href: api/v1/clusters/c1/requests/1
Actual href: /api/v1/clusters/c1

This doesn't appear to be specific to blueprints but is likely a regression in async responses in general.
