Description

Upgrade stack uses three arguments:

ambari-server upgradestack HDP-2.1 <http://test> redhat6

If the user leaves off the OS, all repo URLs for all OS-s are updated.

The upgradestack should validate that the user has in fact specified three
arguments and not run w/o.
