[AMBARI-5781] Views: when a particular view is selected, the URL should reflect it so that upon page refresh the right view loads up

Description

When navigating to different views, the URL remains static, like "#/main/views".
Depending on the view selected, it should be #/main/views/<view-name>/<version>/<instance>.

eg, http://c6408.ambari.apache.org:8080/#/main/views/HIVE/1.0.0/HIVE_1
