Description

1. Move the "main nav" to a redesigned top nav for a cleaner look and more real estate for the View viewport.
2. The new top nav will include a "Views" icon, which upon click expands to show Views accessible to the currently logged in user.
3. Heatmap will be included in Dashboard.
