[AMBARI-5325] Falcon service check should use smokeuser credentials for kerberos authentication

Description

As of no for Falcon service check, ambari-qa user executes kinit command with
spnego.service.keytab and HTTP principal before running `falcon admin
-version` command in secure cluster. Instead ambari-qa user should use it's
own credentials before executing smoke test command.
