[AMBARI-5175] Tez DAG vertex operation hover should show full operation name

Description

When we hover on an operation in the Tex DAG vertex, a hover is shown with table of key-values. This hover at the top should have the full name of the operation. It used to be shown and is not anymore.

Also, we should completely remove the Operator Plan table in the borrom-right corner.
