    Description

      Change "Save" button to "Close". Remove and Add cluster actions should immediately send requests to server. Upon clicking "+", Create New Cluster popup should appear with fields for all interfaces and locations (with appropriate placeholders and pre-populated values). Also popups should be wide enough to show typical values without cutoff.
