    Description

      1. FE should not allow the user to set the start time in the past. If you specify a start time in the past, Falcon seems to "fill the gap" and schedule a bunch of instances to "catch up" and put all these instances in "Waiting".
      2. The calendar popup should be dismissed when the user clicks a date. Currently it takes an extra click elsewhere to dismiss.
      3. Repeat every: change default selection to "days".
      4. Show "HDFS" for type statically. Do not allow "Hive Tables" as a selection.
