[AMBARI-5017] Mirroring: Dataset table should be clickable anywhere in the row

Description

When killing/suspending an instance, the UI does not seem to do anything (it makes an API call behind the scenes, but there's no positive feedback to the end user).
The user only gets to know that the server accepted the action on the next poll that causes the table to refresh.
