Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy cluster without Ooozie and some other customizable service.
2. Go to the Add Service wizard.
3. Add Oozie service.
4. Fail starting Oozie server.
5. Close add service wizard.
6. Ensure that Oozie was added as service.
7. Go again to Add Service Wizard and choose some customizable service.
8. Go to Customize Services page.

Result: Customize Services page proposes to customize Oozie, but it was already added to the cluster during installation.
