Description

When installing stack 1.3.3, all HBase masters show as "Standby". This does not occur on 2.0.x stacks.

The Standby/Active value is determined by the UI based on the IsMasterActive JMX metric. In 2.0.x stacks, the value returned is a string "true", where 1.3.x returns true (the boolean). The UI should check for either case.
