[AMBARI-4080] Installer should clear filters on install failures and click "retry"

Description

1) Perform install
2) Install fails
3) Click the "Failed " filter so you only see the hosts that failed
3) you are shown "retry" button
4) when you click "retry", you should clear the filter (warning, fail, etc) and reset to the "All " filter. Otherwise, if the user is on "Failed" filter and clicks retry, it shows no hosts in the list.
