[AMBARI-3910] NodeManager live dashboard widget does not update after delete host

Description

1) create cluster with 3 nodes
2) delete host that has datanode, nodemanager
3) go to dashboard, you'll see the nodemanager widget is incorrect showing 3/2
4) if you go to Services > YARN summary shows 2/2 correctly
Doesn't look like the widget data is getting updated.
