Fix "/ by zero" exception in namenode log

    Description

      When there is no metrics collector works well，"/ by zero " exception is printed in namenode logs ,which is throwed by MetricSinkWriteShardHostnamehashingStrategy#findCollectorShard() 

      We should print more friendly messages instead of "/ by zero".
