[AMBARI-24471] URL rewrite rules in gateway cannot be applied when the response content from ambari server is compressed

Description

We we try to access the cluster through gateway using the cluster public endpoint, we receive 500 internal server error with following error message.

Outbound rewrite rules cannot be applied when the content of the HTTP response is encoded ("gzip").

We need a way to disable the response content compression on server side.
