[AMBARI-23124] HostNames are Missing from ambari-audit.log when a host's Maintenance Mode is Turned ON/OFF

Description

When we keep a service into Maintenance Mode it shows the service which is kept an Maintenance Mode like:

#tail -f /var/log/ambari-server/ambari-audit.log

2018-03-01T06:58:49.145Z, User(admin), RemoteIp(10.200.4.143), Operation(Turn ON Maintenance Mode for KNOX), RequestId(null), Status(Successfully queued)

But when Turn on/off Maintenance Mode on a Host it is coming up a PUT request but it is not showing the Host which is enabled with Maintenance mode:

User(test), RemoteIp(10.1.10.112), RequestType(PUT), url(https://ambarimanager.global. org:8080/api/v1/clusters/hwx_prod/hosts), ResultStatus(200 OK)
