[AMBARI-21966] "Next" button on "Assign Masters" page gets disabled when installing Ambari

Description

"Next" button on "Assign Masters" page (step 5) gets disabled if you revisit the page from "Assign Slaves and Clients" page (step 6) by pressing "Back" button when installing Ambari.
To enable the "Next" button again, we need to refresh the page in Browser.
