[AMBARI-21163] Hive view not exporting/downloading the worksheet with entire number of rows to csv

Description

When running a query in Hive view which returns a large number of records (~million rows) and then subsequently trying to download this result to CSV file, the download always shows as having completed successfully but never downloads the entire result set.
The behavior is consistent across both Hive 1.5 and Hive 2.0 views
