[AMBARI-21017] Misc tab at Customize Services Page has 2 'Livy User';No helper popup to identify if its Livy/Livy2

Description

There are 2 Livy User in Misc tab of CustomizeServicesPage - one is for Livy2 but there is no way to identify thats for Livy2. There is no helper text/popup for the textboxes as well.
Either the labels should be different or there should be helper popup like Livy group (which shows livy_group and livy2_group)
