Description

In order to support cloud scenarios as well as Tagsync to capture Ambari cluster name. Need to add a new property that is required by plugins as well as tagsync for picking up Ambari cluster name.

For Plugins:

 ranger.plugin.<plugin>.ambari.cluster.name
