Ambari doesn't appear to configure logging correctly for LLAP

    Description

      Ambari was not replacing the variable value for hive_llap_log_maxbackupindex with the appropriate number.
      Reason was that the jinja template/InlineTemplate had not been applied to the content section of llap_daemon_log4j.xml
