Zeppelin Notebook Component is not able start after reboot

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:-
      1. reboot one of the host in ambari-cluster where zeppelin notebook is installed
      2. Zeppelin Notebook start will failed saying "mkdir: cannot create directory `/var/run/zeppelin': Permission denied"
