[AMBARI-19120] Recommended values are not shown for LDAP/AD URL and Bind User in Ranger configs page

Description

• Deploy Cluster and add ranger
• Setup LDAP
• Navigate to Ranger configs page - User info tab
• Enable usersync and select Sync Source to be LDAP/AD
• Expected : 'Set Recommended' icon/widget-config for LDAP/AD URL and Bind User on Ambari UI which is supposed to set the recommneded values for these 2 properties.
