    Description

      Start services after HDP deployment fails at Zeepelin start with the below error

       raise Fail(err_msg)\nresource_management.core.exceptions.Fail: Execution of 'cp -f /etc/zeppelin/conf/interpreter.json /tmp/tmpl95NaD' returned 1. cp: cannot stat '/etc/zeppelin/conf/interpreter.json': No such file or directory",
