[AMBARI-18321] atlas hook for hive and storm fail to push metadeta

Description

1] On the upgraded cluster we added Atlas service
2] On submitting the storm topology,atlas hook fails to send metadata. Attached logs [ storm_atlas.log] where connect to kafka is failing.
3] Hive hook is also failing with the same error as below

Caused by: javax.security.auth.login.LoginException: Could not login: the client is being asked for a password, but the Kafka client code does not currently support obtaining a password from the user. not available to garner  authentication information from the user
