[AMBARI-1795] Add Hosts - retrying install shows all progress bars in red and causes the wizard to get stuck on the progress page

Description

Upon retrying failed installation for Add Hosts wizard, overall and host-level progress bars remain in red. After re-installation succeeds, the progress goes to 100% (still in red) with the error message saying installation failed. The Next button is grayed out, with Retry button shown. You can never get out of this state, even if you do page refresh or log out, log back in, and relaunch the Add Hosts wizard.
