Description

HDFS, Yarn, HBase widgets that show Counter metrics were changed to use "._rate" aggregation function for AMS in AMBARI-15385. However, these changes were not done in Upgrade path.
Hence, these widgets will still request counter data as it is instead of as a Rate metric (._rate).
